In addition to offering assistance with obtaining visas, this Office also co-ordinates the following services: Accommodation Programme assists with finding shared apartments and offers advice about student residences.
University Guidance Service assists in dealing with social, personal or family concerns which can affect student life and ongoing academic progress; run by a professional psychologist, free of charge and anonymous Social Assistance information and guidance with regard to healthcare system, medical insurance, students with families, children’s schooling, special needs and integration.Deusto offers the possibility for sport activities, to learn Spanish and other European language courses.

  • Corvinus University of Budapest

The International Office of the Corvinus University facilitates the internationalisation at the University by taking care of various related activities, which could best be described by the words initiation, coordination, support and representation. The International Office team consists of five members. Students are provided with assistance during their stay at the university in questions regarding the application process, courses, passport and visa requirements, residence permit, accommodation, etc.

International students are guaranteed all services and facilities granted to all students regularly enrolled to the University of Verona. The administrative office in charge of managing international relations at the University of Verona is the International Relations Office – Area Relazioni Internazionali. It provides help and assistance to international guests and manages international research and education programmes. International will be provided assistance before and after their arrival in all matters related to accommodation, bureaucratic duties, request of social security number, access to University facilities, canteens, pc labs, etc. To ensure appropriate provision for all students with disabilities and other particular needs, a special Centre has been established to assist disabled persons in their studies.

Office of  International  Programmes and Relations operating with a staff of 8 people coordinates all activities related to enrolment of foreign students for studies at Vilnius university and assisting them in daily life. Staff:   Erasmus Institutional Coordinator- responsible for outcoming students (learning agreements, Erasmus agreements); International Students Coordinator- responsible for incoming students (learning agreements, accommodation, temporary residence permit, transcript of Records); Admissions Officer is responsible for students admission for degree studies at Vilnius University. Mentor system is also available. In order to get some practical help and get to know student life, an international student can apply for a mentor at Vilnius University. A mentor at Vilnius University is a fellow student.
